Obama inaugural lunch designed to celebrate bicentennial of Abraham Lincoln's birth. Menu lists seafood stew, then duck breast with cherry chutney, herb-roasted pheasant with wild-rice stuffing, molasses sweet potatoes and a melange of vegetables.
